Terms of Service

By applying to, being accepted into, or participating in the BlogTextify Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in full. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BlogTextify ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify active affiliates of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid, active website, blog, YouTube channel, newsletter, or social media presence
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a BlogTextify employee
• Not reside in a jurisdiction where participation in affiliate or referral programs is prohibited by law
• Provide accurate and complete information in your application

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3.1 Your Affiliate Link

Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive a unique referral link containing your assigned tracking parameter (e.g. ?ref=yourname). This link is personal to you and must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any other person or entity.

3.2 Custom Refs

If enabled on your account, you may customise your referral identifier. Your chosen ref must not impersonate BlogTextify, its team members, or suggest any official affiliation with the company including but not limited to refs containing the words "official," "team," "staff," "support," "blogtextify," or any variation thereof. We reserve the right to revoke, reassign, or reject any ref that violates this rule without notice and without liability.

BlogTextify uses last-click attribution. If a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links before purchasing, the commission is awarded to the most recent affiliate link clicked.

3.5 Tracking Accuracy

You acknowledge that tracking may be affected by factors outside our control, including ad blockers, browser privacy settings, cookie deletion, and VPN usage. BlogTextify is not liable for commissions lost due to such technical limitations.

4.1 Commission Rates

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the net subscription revenue generated by your referred customers, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment processing fees. Tiers are based on cumulative minimum referral thresholds once a threshold is reached, the higher rate applies to all commissions going forward.

Tier upgrades are applied automatically by the platform when your referral count reaches the applicable minimum threshold. If your active referral count drops below a tier's minimum for two consecutive months, your rate will revert to the applicable lower tier.

4.2 Recurring Commissions

Commissions are earned on every successful subscription payment made by your referred customers for as long as their subscription remains active. Commissions are not earned on free trial periods, failed payments, paused subscriptions, or any period during which the customer's account is not in good standing.

4.4 Commission Eligibility

A commission is only earned when all of the following conditions are met:

• The referred visitor clicked your unique affiliate link within the 90-day tracking window
• The referred visitor is a new customer with no prior BlogTextify account
• The subscription payment is successfully processed and not subsequently refunded or charged back
• The referring affiliate account is in good standing at the time of payout

4.5 Self-Referrals

Earning commissions on your own purchases, accounts, or accounts belonging to members of your immediate household is strictly prohibited. Any self-referral commissions detected will be voided without notice and may result in immediate and permanent termination from the Program.

5.1 Payment Schedule

Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month's confirmed and cleared earnings. If the 15th falls on a weekend or public holiday, payment will be processed on the next available business day.

5.2 Holding Period

All commissions are subject to a 14-day holding period from the date of the qualifying transaction. This allows BlogTextify time to process refunds and chargebacks before commissions are released for payout. Commissions that are reversed due to a refund or chargeback during the holding period will be voided.

Payouts are made exclusively via PayPal or Wise. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment details in your affiliate account. BlogTextify is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected payments resulting from incorrect information provided by the Affiliate.

5.5 Taxes

You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and levies applicable to commissions you earn through the Program. BlogTextify does not withhold taxes on affiliate payments unless required to do so by applicable law. Where required, you may be asked to provide tax documentation such as a completed W-9 (US residents) or W-8BEN (non-US residents) before payouts are processed. Failure to provide requested tax documentation may result in payout delays or withholding.

5.6 Currency

All commissions are denominated and paid in US Dollars (USD). BlogTextify is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences charged by your payment provider.

6.1 Permitted Promotion Methods

You may promote BlogTextify through:

• Your own blog posts, articles, reviews, and website content
• YouTube videos, podcasts, webinars, and other media you own and operate
• Your personal email newsletter sent to opted-in subscribers
• Social media profiles, pages, and communities you operate
• Paid advertising, subject to the restrictions in Section 6.3

6.2 Prohibited Promotion Methods

The following promotion methods are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions:

• Spam unsolicited email, comment spam, forum spam, direct message spam, or any form of mass unsolicited outreach
• Cookie stuffing any technique that sets affiliate tracking cookies without a genuine, voluntary click from the user
• Fake reviews or misleading claims fabricated testimonials, invented results, or any claim about BlogTextify that is false or materially misleading
• Trademark bidding bidding on "BlogTextify," "Blog Textify," or any recognisable variation as paid search keywords without prior written approval
• Unauthorised coupons or discounts promoting discount codes or special offers not explicitly authorised by BlogTextify in writing
• Incentivised clicks paying, rewarding, or otherwise coercing users to click your affiliate link without genuine intent to purchase
• Inappropriate platforms promoting BlogTextify on adult content sites, gambling platforms, sites that promote illegal activity, or any platform that would reasonably damage the BlogTextify brand
• Impersonation creating websites, social accounts, email addresses, or any other presence that impersonates BlogTextify's official channels

6.3 Paid Advertising

You may run paid advertising to promote BlogTextify only with prior written approval from us. Bidding on branded keywords including "BlogTextify," "Blog Textify," or common misspellings of either in any paid search platform is prohibited without explicit written permission. Approval for paid advertising may be withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

6.4 Disclosure Requirement

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with BlogTextify in all promotional content where your affiliate link appears, in compliance with the FTC Endorsement Guidelines (USA), ASA guidelines (UK), and all equivalent advertising disclosure regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Failure to include adequate disclosure is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a breach of applicable consumer protection and advertising law. BlogTextify accepts no liability for non-disclosure by Affiliates.

6.5 Accurate Representations

You may only make claims about BlogTextify that are truthful, accurate, and consistent with our official marketing materials. You must not promise or imply specific outcomes including guaranteed search rankings, traffic growth, or income results to prospective customers. 7.1 Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use BlogTextify's name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not alter, modify, distort, or create derivative works from BlogTextify's brand assets. You may not use the BlogTextify name, logo, or any brand asset in any manner that implies ownership, partnership, endorsement, or official affiliation beyond the scope of the affiliate relationship described in these Terms.

7.3 Revocation

This licence terminates automatically and immediately upon termination of your participation in the Program for any reason.

In addition to the promotional restrictions in Section 6, the following conduct constitutes grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions:

• Fraud of any kind, including generating fake clicks, fraudulent sign-ups, or artificially manipulated conversions
• Encouraging, incentivising, or coaching referred customers to request refunds after a commission has been earned
• Attempting to circumvent, manipulate, or exploit the affiliate tracking or attribution system in any way
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information in your affiliate application or account profile
• Threatening, harassing, defaming, or acting in bad faith toward BlogTextify, its staff, or its customers
• Violating any applicable local, national, or international law in connection with your participation in the Program

9.1 Duration

These Terms commence on the date your affiliate application is approved and remain in effect until terminated by either party in accordance with this Section.

9.2 Termination by Affiliate

You may leave the Program at any time by sending a written request to [email protected]. Any legitimately earned commissions that have cleared the 14-day holding period and meet the minimum payout threshold will be paid on the next scheduled payout date following your termination request.

9.3 Termination by BlogTextify

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months, or the discontinuation of the Program in its entirety.

9.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your affiliate link will be deactivated immediately. Commissions still within the 14-day holding period at the time of termination for cause are forfeited in full. Legitimately earned commissions that have cleared the holding period will be paid on the next scheduled payout date, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.

BlogTextify reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Program at any time, including but not limited to:

• Commission rates with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to active affiliates
• Cookie duration, holding periods, or payout schedules with reasonable prior notice
• Minimum payout thresholds or accepted payment methods
• Eligible products, plans, or qualifying transaction types
• Full discontinuation of the Program with a minimum of 60 days' written notice

Your continued participation in the Program following notice of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a modification, your sole remedy is to terminate your participation in accordance with Section 9.2.

11.1 No Earnings Guarantee

BlogTextify makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the amount of commissions you may earn through the Program. Your earnings depend entirely on your own promotional efforts, your audience, and market conditions entirely outside our control.

11.2 Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the affiliate tracking platform, affiliate portal, or BlogTextify's website. Scheduled maintenance, technical outages, or third-party platform failures may temporarily affect tracking or portal access. We are not liable for commissions lost or untracked due to such events.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlogTextify's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Program shall not exceed the total commissions actually paid to you in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Exclusion of Indirect Damages

BlogTextify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlogTextify, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of or related to your participation in the Program, your promotional activities, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates, or shall be construed to create, a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and BlogTextify. You have no authority to enter into any agreement, incur any obligation, or make any representation on behalf of BlogTextify.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlogTextify is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Program, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration before resorting to litigation, except where prohibited by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with any additional policies, guidelines, or communications referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlogTextify with respect to the Affiliate Program. They supersede all prior negotiations, representations, agreements, or understandings whether written or oral relating to the Program.
