The Service uses third-party AI providers including Google Gemini for content generation and DALL-E 3, Getimg.ai, Gemini, or Pexels for images depending on your plan.
You must register for an account to use BlogTextify. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are solely responsible for content you publish, including ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable laws. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing content before publication.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. A 3-day free trial requires no credit card. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. AppSumo Lifetime Deal purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
BlogTextify, its logo, interface design, and underlying technology are proprietary to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any element of the Service without our express written permission.
BlogTextify integrates with Google Gemini, OpenAI (DALL-E 3), Getimg.ai, Pexels, and WordPress. Your use of these services through BlogTextify is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party AI provider outages may temporarily affect content generation. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside our control.
BlogTextify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlogTextify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms and will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BlogTextify is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
