All subscription plans (Pro) are billed monthly in advance. We offer a 3-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can experience BlogTextify fully before committing to a paid plan.
Paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Exception: If a significant technical failure caused by BlogTextify prevents core functionality for more than 72 consecutive hours and our support team cannot resolve it, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period. Contact us within 14 days of the issue.
AppSumo Lifetime Deal purchases are subject to AppSumo's refund policy, which provides a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests within this window must be submitted directly through AppSumo — we cannot process AppSumo purchase refunds directly.
After 60 days, AppSumo Lifetime Deal purchases are non-refundable.
No credit card is required for the 3-day free trial. The trial ends automatically with no charge. If you do not upgrade, your account is downgraded to a read-only state and no payment is taken.
We evaluate refund requests outside the above policies on a case-by-case basis for genuinely exceptional circumstances such as accidental duplicate purchases. Contact us with details; we aim to respond within 3 business days.
For subscription refunds: contact us via the support channel in your BlogTextify dashboard, including your account email and a brief description of the issue.
For AppSumo refunds: submit your request directly through your AppSumo account within the 60-day window.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. AppSumo refunds are processed by AppSumo according to their timeline.
