All subscription plans (Pro) are billed monthly in advance. We offer a Forever Free plan with no credit card required, allowing you to explore and use BlogTextify before deciding to upgrade to a paid plan.
Paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Exception: If a significant technical failure caused by BlogTextify prevents core functionality for more than 72 consecutive hours and our support team cannot resolve it, you may request a pro-rated refund for the affected period. Contact us within 14 days of the issue.
AppSumo Lifetime Deal purchases are subject to AppSumo's refund policy, which provides a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests within this window must be submitted directly through AppSumo — we cannot process AppSumo purchase refunds directly.
After 60 days, AppSumo Lifetime Deal purchases are non-refundable.
No credit card is required to sign up for or use our Forever Free plan. You can use it at no cost indefinitely within its designated limits. You will only be billed if you voluntarily choose to upgrade to a premium plan.
We evaluate refund requests outside the above policies on a case-by-case basis for genuinely exceptional circumstances such as accidental duplicate purchases. Contact us with details; we aim to respond within 3 business days.
Users cannot cancel their subscription directly. They can submit a cancellation request to Support, and the team will review and process it according to the applicable cancellation criteria. If a refund is applicable, the team will process it through Stripe. Once the cancellation is completed, the user is moved to the Free plan.
For subscription refunds: contact us via the support channel in your BlogTextify dashboard, including your account email and a brief description of the issue.
For AppSumo refunds: submit your request directly through your AppSumo account within the 60-day window.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. AppSumo refunds are processed by AppSumo according to their timeline.
